The dive programme
A safety briefing comes first, then two dives with an instructor, with lunch and a rest on board in between. Beginners need no licence and stay at shallow depths; certified divers dive with a guide. The minimum age is 12, and the instructors speak several languages, so explanations are easy to follow even on a first try.
Eat a light breakfast and drink plenty of water before the pickup; diving is easier and more comfortable when you are rested and hydrated.
