Suluada, often called the Maldives of Turkey, is one of the most beautiful spots on the Antalya coast, and a Suluada tour costs less than most people expect. The price covers the boat trip from Adrasan harbour, a buffet lunch on board and, if you choose it, the return transfer from your hotel. Infants travel free.

With or Without Transfer?

• With hotel transfer

  Recommended for most guests

  Adrasan is roughly two hours’ drive from Antalya and public transport is limited. The transfer is by far the easiest way to arrive on time.

• Without transfer

  Only with a hire car

  Choose this only if you are happy driving mountain roads early in the morning and meeting the boat at Adrasan harbour.

When Is the Best Value?

July and August bring the warmest water but also the most boats at the island. In late May, June and September the sea is still warm for long swims, the light is softer for photos and the beach is quieter, so those months offer the best value.

Suluada with Children

The water near the beach stays shallow for a long way, so younger children can splash safely while parents watch. Children aged 4 to 10 pay the child rate. It is a long day with an early pickup, so bring a snack and something to keep them busy on the drive, plus water shoes, high-factor sun cream and some cash for drinks.
