Akseki Bay Photo and Video Gallery

Akseki Bay through our own camera

This gallery shows Akseki Bay the way our guests see it from the boat. Akseki is one of the swim stops on the Porto Ceneviz boat tour, and for many people it is the part of the day they remember best. The pictures were taken by our team on regular summer trips, so what you see is what you can expect, including the other boats that sometimes share the bay in July and August.

All footage was filmed on our own tours along the Antalya coast.

Cliffs and very clear water

Compared with nearby Sazak, Akseki feels more dramatic. Pale rock walls rise straight out of the sea, and the water gets deep quickly, which gives the middle of the bay its dark blue colour. Closer to the rocks it turns turquoise again. Strong swimmers like to swim along the cliff line, while others stay close to the boat ladder, where the crew can keep an eye on everyone.

Highlights from the photos and videos

  • The approach into the bay, filmed from the front of the boat
  • Snorkelling along the rock wall
  • Guests relaxing on deck between swims
  • Afternoon light on the cliffs as the boat turns for home

Tips for your day at Akseki

A mask and snorkel make a real difference here, so bring your own if you have one. The rocks can be sharp underfoot, so swimming shoes are a good idea. How long we stay depends on the sea and the wind; the captain will let you know when it is time to get back on board. A freshly cooked lunch is part of the tour, and drinks can be bought on the boat.
