Our Quality Policy for Boat Tours

What quality means to us

We have been running boat trips in Antalya for 25 years, and over that time our idea of quality has become quite simple. Guests should feel safe, be well looked after, get exactly what we promised and go home wanting to come back. This page explains the principles behind our boat tours in Antalya and what you can expect from us.

This quality policy applies to every tour we run, from group trips to private charters.

Antalya Boat Our Quality Policy

Safety before everything

Every boat we use is maintained regularly and carries the safety equipment required by law. Our captains are licensed and experienced on this coast, and they decide when and where it is safe to swim. If the weather turns, we change the route rather than take risks. All our tours are insured, and Antalya Boat is a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (licence no. 14082).

Clean, comfortable boats

We keep decks, toilets and the galley clean throughout the season, and food is cooked fresh on board on the day. We would rather run one boat well than three badly.

Honest information

We describe each tour as it really is: the times, the stops, what is included and what costs extra. Prices are shown clearly on our prices page, and there are no hidden fees. If something changes on the day, such as a stop being swapped because of the wind, we tell you why.

Respect for the sea

The bays we visit are the reason people come here, so we try to leave them as we found them. Rubbish stays on the boat, and we ask guests not to take shells, stones or plants from protected areas such as Suluada.

Listening to our guests

Much of what we have improved over the years came from guest feedback. You can read and leave reviews on Google, Tripadvisor and Yandex via our reviews page, and if anything was not right on your tour, please tell us directly. We read every message.

A choice of trips

From the lively pirate boat to the calm Relax tour, the Suluada and Porto Ceneviz trips and private yachts, we apply the same standards to every boat.
