The dive day
A briefing, two dives with an instructor and lunch on board in between. Certified divers can join guided dives at their level. It works well for families with teenagers, provided everyone is at least 12, and parents who prefer not to dive can usually relax on deck. Being so close to the airport makes planning easy: dive early in the trip and keep the final 24 hours before your flight dive-free.
What will you see? Typically rocky reefs, sea urchins, wrasse and small shoals of fish in very clear water. Most first-timers say the first minute feels strange and after that they forget about the equipment completely.
