Antalya Rafting Tour in Köprülü Canyon
Rafting in Köprülü Canyon is one of the best things you can do on a holiday in Antalya, even if you have never held a paddle before. The river runs through a national park about 90 minutes from the city, between steep rock walls and pine forest, and the water stays cold and clear all summer. Our Antalya rafting tour takes care of everything: the transfer, the equipment, the guide and lunch by the river.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Most of the people in our boats are first-timers. The rapids on this stretch are lively but not extreme, and the calmer sections give you time to catch your breath, swim and enjoy the scenery. Your guide explains the paddling commands before you start and steers the raft throughout.
Transfer and safety briefing
We pick you up from hotels in Antalya, Lara, Belek, Kemer and Side. At the starting point, the instructors hand out helmets, life jackets and paddles, check that everything fits and run through the safety rules. Please wear swimwear under your clothes and bring shoes that can get wet.
On the river
The course is about 14 kilometres and takes two to three hours, in rafts of eight to ten people. Along the way there are stops to swim, and water fights between boats are more or less a tradition. Leave your phone at the hotel or in a waterproof pouch; the river will soak everything.
Lunch by the river
After rafting you have an open-buffet lunch at a riverside restaurant, with grilled chicken, salads, rice and pasta. It is a good moment to dry off and swap stories with the rest of your group.
Included in the price
- Round-trip hotel transfer
- All rafting equipment and a professional guide
- Insurance for all participants
- Open-buffet lunch
Our guides speak English, German and Russian. If you want to combine rafting with canyoning or a zipline on the same day, have a look at the Mini Combo package.
