Antalya Canyoning Tour in Köprülü Canyon
Canyoning: rafting’s wilder cousin
Most visitors to Köprülü Canyon come for the rafting, but the side gorges hide another adventure. On our Antalya canyoning tour you follow the water on foot: scrambling over boulders, sliding down smooth rock, jumping into pools and swimming through narrow passages where the walls almost touch overhead. It is active and wet, and a lot of fun.
Every route is a guided trip led by certified instructors.
The price includes transfers, a guide, all equipment, insurance and lunch, so there is nothing to arrange on the day.
How the day is organised
We pick you up early in the morning from Konyaaltı, Lara, Kundu, Belek or Kemer in an air-conditioned vehicle. At the canyon, the guides give a safety briefing and hand out helmets and life jackets.
- Transfer from your hotel to the canyon
- Short introduction to the area by a local guide
- Equipment fitting and safety training
Through the canyon
The crossing itself takes around two to three hours. The guides choose the route according to the water level and the group, and they show you exactly where to put your feet and where it is safe to jump. Nothing is compulsory: if a jump looks too high, there is always another way down.
Lunch at the canyon
Afterwards, lunch is served at a restaurant on the edge of the canyon: chicken or fish, salads, rice, pasta and seasonal fruit.
