Antalya Pirate Boat Tour with Foam Party

Ask children what they remember from a holiday in Antalya and the foam party on the pirate boat often comes first. It is the loudest, silliest and happiest moment of a day that is mostly about swimming in the sea and being on a ship that looks like it sailed out of a film.

How the day runs

The pirate boat leaves the fishermen's harbour in Konyaaltı in the morning. It sails along the coast with several swim stops, including one near a waterfall, and lunch is served on board. The crew, dressed as pirates, run games and face painting, and the music gets everyone moving.

The foam party

In the afternoon the deck fills with soft foam and the children dive in. Parents can join or watch from the side; no one has to take part. A quick swim in the sea afterwards washes it all off.

Tips for families

Bring a change of clothes, a towel and sun cream. If your child has very sensitive skin, keep them at the edge of the foam and rinse with fresh water afterwards. Babies and toddlers are welcome; infants under 4 travel free.
